Recap of what has happened in the last 3 days...

On Saturday, I had a teleconference with a mentor from Herbalife. She was nice enough to walk me through what she's trying to accomplish. After somewhat 10 years of working in the Sales field, I believe Herbalife is one of those considered as consistent in its industry. They have developed a proven massive distribution system in sales as well as recruiting. However I believe I am not going to be part of it just because I don't want to spend my valuable time in this little return. After the phone call with the mentor,

Friday was a really bad day for me because I somehow got a very upset stomach and slept all day... Got nothing done that was what I should say...

Thursday was a interesting day because I had a good lunch with the family a the Boarder... The Mexican Grill place. After spending $40 on lunch the whole family was stuffed enough. I believe the black bean made me a upset stomach... Dinner was even heavier. We had some what 4 dishes of Chinese food and stuffed me again. What a day I had!

Oil change for my car...

Well, the maintenance light was on on my dashboard yesterday. We believe it is time to get the oil changed. Last time we did it at the Lexus service dealer over Riverside. The cost was $75. We thought we should give the Jeffy Lube a try this time to see how much we can save.

There is one close to us over Corona. We called them up and confirmed the availability of the oil for my Lexus. The good thing is that the overall cost is 50% less than the service dealer. Immediately, we decided to do it over there.

At the shop, they asked us whether we want to use synthetic oil instead. I have never used the synthetic ones before but sounds like it is more efficient than the regular oil for the car and money. We went for the synthetic one, of cause the cost went up to $70. Still, it is less than the service dealer and oil is upgraded. We thought we got a good deal. Besides, Jeffy Lube has been around for a long time and for the name we believe we can trust.

Later in the evening, I did some research on the net, found that upgrading from the regular oil to synthetic oil my cause oil leak because the engine is not used to the high grade oil and the seal might got broken because the synthetic oil will wear off the old stain on the inside surface of the engine. It sounds a bit bothersome... Anyway, I believe I should keep an eye on the oil leaking issue for the next few days.

Orange County Fair....

We had to take Miah to this fair because this OC fair has been around for more than 100 years. I am not sure that is correct or not. It was broadcast while we were walking to the ticket office.

It took us 40 minutes to arrive at the Fair Dr exit on the 55. Then it took us another 20 minutes to get into the parking lot...... Somewhat slow....

$10 for adult and Free for Miah....

The first thing for us was to find some good old food.....

The biggest and the best big bird leg we had for only $10....

Some rides are very scary, we had to pass these due to the age and the chicken act...

In and out, we played some games and got some rewards no major stuff.

Some BBQed food again before we left the fair...

Miah saw some cows and lambs. She is seemed not very interested in these animals, perhaps she is just too young to understand that there are still some living beings out there which are different than humans.

It was getting chili after the sunset.....

Will comeback later with the inlaws later for sure....

Vegas is HOT!!! Constipation is $16,900!!!

Last weekend, the family was in Vegas experiencing the extreme heat...

120 degrees during the day! Saw two sunny side ups on the streets!

Father-in-law was constipated for 4 days before arrived in Vegas.... Later on, he was rushed to Sunrise ER to solve the bowl movement issue. Instead, he's diagnosed with irregular heart beats alone with high blood pressure. Transfered from ER to ICU for further treatment. After 20 minutes in ICU, the No2 started coming out quickly. Everything went back to normal after a 30 minute bowl move. The in law was happy but the bill wasn't that nice. $16,900 overall for the trip to Sunrise.

What a trip we had!

Getting ready to get back to normal life again in the US

Friday is always good. We have got a lot of stuff done. Went to the temple, shopping for food, cooked fatty pork with heavy soy sauce. Almost forget to mention about the Rib eye lunch we had. $4.99/lb, good and tasty.

Miah's active as usual.

The inlaws are staying awake with many different TV programs as usual. They are 73 years old, nothing else can really excite them i guess.
